孙瑞雪女士自80年代初期开始进行心理学、教育学的研究工作，是中国第一个省级蒙特梭利研究会创办人；
中国唯一一所蒙特梭利国际学校创办人,该学校至今仍然是中国唯一一所省级蒙特梭利国际学校；
中国“爱和自由”、“规则和平等”教育精神的发起者和倡导者；
中国系统引进、实施国际蒙特梭利教育第一人；成功实践了科学教育法的本土化，取得了显著的教育效果；
发展和延伸了蒙特梭利敏感期理论；其创作的社会科学专著《爱和自由》与科学教育专著《捕捉儿童敏感期》开创了中国幼儿园教育界的新纪元；
以孙瑞雪为核心的孙瑞雪教育机构在银川、北京、广州三地建立教学基地，并在全国范围内进行科学教育法的传播工作，均取得了显著的教育效果。
从此，这个团队把传播科学的教育，传播“爱和自由”的教育精神作为她们的理想和目标。

    Miss Ruixue Sun started her study of psychology and education in the early 1980s. In 1995 she and a group of Chinese intellectuals established the first Provincial-level Montessori Education Research Association and the first and only Montessori School in the entire nation. This group of educators' ideal and goal has been the spread of scientific education.From 1996 to 1998, Miss Sun was the guest emcee on Yinchuan Radio Station's program — Family Education Guide. During the program, nearly an hour in length, she lectured on scientific education, educational theory and her practical experience.
    Her bi-weekly column “Topics on the Montessori Educational Method” appeared in the Yinchuan Evening News from 1998 to 2000. Since 1996 Miss Sun has been invited to give lectures, to oversee and to instruct teaching methods in schools, to do television interviews and to give speeches throughout China; specifically in Beijing and the following Chinese Provinces: Shaanxi, Henan, Yunnan, Guangdong, Jilin, Hainan, Gansu, Qinghai, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Jiangxi and Shandong.
